-Did you know they use Thunderbirds as police interceptors (high speed chase vehicles)?
-Same engine as mustang 5.0 lx. Ford put the same 5.0 engine and drive train in a few Thunderbirds.
-This car is the LX model so it has almost every option you can get, except for sunroof and airbags.

I talked to many mechanics before I bought this car, all of them said the 5.0 was the best engine Ford ever made, and 93' was the last year they put it in the thunderbirds. I bought the car expecting to have it for another 100K miles but I had to sell it.
The following parts I replaced when I bought the car, because I wanted to get routine maintenance out of the way.
This car is very comfortable and safe.
I bought the car because it has plenty of power, looks great, gets great gas mileage for its engine size (23+highway), and it has relatively low miles compared to other thunderbirds. People love to drive these cars. It rides very smoth, and handles great in the winter.
